The Challenge:
Levick& Son is a family owned company and well established in the transport & logistics industry. They have an ongoing need for HGV qualified drivers, as they are acquiring new clients all the time. They first approached Talent Finder new to the concept of flat fee recruitment, understood the benefits& wanted to take advantage of it. Levick& Son required HGV Drivers meaning applicants must be HGV class 1 qualified.
The Solution:
When approached, we initially started a campaign for Levick& Son by posting across all the major UK job boards. We also started a social media campaign to get the message out there and attract suitable candidates. We created a professional advert to do this, which we optimised for search engines and job boards. A 28 day promotional campaign yielded 54 direct applicants whom were HGV qualified. From this, Levick& Son recruited multiple drivers to fulfil the business needs.
