Repairs Technician Job Vacancy
Our client is a well-established watch and time piece producer who are a recognised brand around the world. They specialise in producing watch winders and watch related products. They are looking to recruit a repair technician to join their fantastic team in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a global brand as one of their repair technicians.
Immediate start for Repair Technician required to repair faulty stock and replace watch winder motors. The job requires completing diagnostic tests, and repairs or replacements; maintaining repairs record.
Will also be required to Quality Control items such as Watch Winders, Collector Boxes and Leather Goods. Therefore, must have good attention to detail.
The candidate will need to be able to work individually and as a part of a team and when necessary to cover for holiday and sick absence.
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills to help customer with queries, answering questions and giving instructions to customers mostly over the phone.
- Ideal applicant will have light assembly experience.
The company is willing to train a person with basic technical knowledge wishing to pursue a long-term career in our clients Repairs and Quality Control Department.
Position: Full Time Permanent
Hours: Mon to Thurs 9am to 5:30pm, Fri 9am to 4:45pm.
Above Living Wage to start. Will be reviewed in line with the Company’s performance assessment policy.
