Externiture works with local authorities across the UK, supplying and maintaining public transport infrastructure.  A varied and rewarding split role has arisen for a Warehouse Operative/On Street Engineer to join our ever-expanding company.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently or as part of a team.  Tasks include light assembly, machining and stock control in the warehouse and carrying out on street maintenance and refurbishment works on street

Required skills are good with tools and problem solving, very hands on, good attention to detail.

A counterbalance fork lift licence and experience of excel is desirable but not essential, but a driving license is essential

The package on offer is

£8.50 – £9.00 per hour depending on relevant experience

A standard 8-hour day – often with a 6amstart, some weekend working and nights away
