Warehouse Manager

Our client, established in 2002 specialise in the design and installation of bespoke sauna, steam room and spa design. They are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to come and join the team. Offering a 1st class service to all its clients and customers, this is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking and modern organisation.

Salary: Based on experience

Hours: 8-5pm Full time

Location: Byfleet, Surrey

 

General Warehouse Duties:

Responsible for the smooth running of the warehouse including the following tasks:

  • Stock take and stock control
  • Ensuring materials are correctly labelled
  • Receive deliveries and input onto Mamut*
  • Off load and load vans / deliver vehicles as required
  • Store materials in a logical and systematic way
  • Order new tools and equipment as required
  • Maintain clean and tidy warehouse
  • Check all goods incoming and outgoing for quality control / defects
  • Security of Dröm House as required
  • Co-ordinate and record warranty / damaged products with suppliers and arrange replacement / refund
  • Arrange PAT testing every three months and record as appropriate
  • Regularly update Sales and Projects team of end of line products

  • Participate in individual performance management of direct reports, annual reviews, disciplinary and other employee meetings including recruitment as required

 

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience within a similar role
  • Must be computer literate and have excellent organisational skills
  • Must have a full drivers licence along with a fork lift licence
  • Some electrical knowledge would be beneficial
