Our client is one of the country’s leading garages, they pride themselves on their customer service and are a registered Bosch Car Service Centre. Due to high customer demand, our client has recently expanded into a second site wherethey arelooking for a fully qualified Vehicle Technician to join their close-knit busy workshop in Alton, Hampshire.

Our client values a great attitude over and above everything else, so you’ll need to be a dab hand on the tools and a go-the-extra-mile: In addition you need to be a team player who takes pride in doing whatever it takes to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

As part of your day to day tasks you will be working in a modern, clean, tidy and well-presented workshop using up to date equipment and tools, meaning no two days will be the same and because of this:

• There will be many levels of technical work from diagnostic to engine repairs. Also on occasion, preparation work in order to make vehicles ready to be sold, including MOT’s and servicing.
• You will have previous experienceworking on a variety of vehicles makes
• A MOT Testing license or a strong desire to achieve this in the short to medium term is essential.
• You will need to have a good attention to detail.
• You will also need to have good professional approach

As mentioned, this is a close knit team so they are looking for an individual that likes topitch in with jobs that need doing in a busy workshop environment which is maintained to a high standard.

Work hours: – The hours are to be discussed, but the garage opens at 8am, finish up at 5:30pm and you will need to work Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
