Our client is an established Independent Financial Adviser business located a mile out of Stourbridge town centre. Due to expansion and growth within the company, our client is now looking for a Trainee Office Administrator to join a team of 21 administrators in their busy office environment.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Excellent literacy, Maths and IT Skills
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Great punctuality and organisation skills

Whilst office experience is a bonus, it is not necessary as training will be provided. Due to the demanding nature of this role, our client will onlyconsider those with an excellent academic record.

Your day to day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Compiling client reports
  • Processing investments
  • Dealing with financial services providers
  • Working closely with financial advisers to research advice.

Other general administration duties are to be expected in this role as you progress. This is an interesting and challenging role that will allow the right candidate to progress to a rewarding career in the financial services industry and grant them the opportunity to gain a variety of qualifications.

Salary: – Compliant with National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage Regulations

Location: – Stourbridge

Hours: – 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm/9am-5:30pm.
