Job Title: –Surveys Operations Manager

Since their establishment 10 years ago, our client has become a renowned group in the field of Loss Adjusting and Claims management and due to growth acquisition and market demand, the company offers a range of complementary services, spanning claims, risk management, investigations and audit and consultancy.

Location: –Bristol

Hours: –Core hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary: –Salary expectations to be submitted with CV.

Due to their continued success and growth within the company, our client is currently looking to employ a Surveys Operations Manager to join the team

The role is wide ranging and is mainly office based with some external surveying work.

This could range from:

• Buildings Value at Risk survey.
• Property General Risk Surveys for property owners – incorporating condition, fire risks, security and health and safety etc. (the equivalent of a commercial combined survey, but for the property owners area)
• Fire Risk Assessments.
• Commercial Combined Surveys – property, BI and liability.

The ideal candidate will either be:

• RICS qualified.

Or

• Have a suitable background in buildings related work, with familiarity with the principles of Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Fire Risk Assessments and Health & safety Assessments.
