Experienced Tile and Stone Surveyor/Estimator

Our client an industry leader in the Supply & installation of stone and tile in the Kent, London and M25 Surrounding areas. Our client is looking to add an experienced Estimator to join their team. Working on many exciting, high-quality custom homes, large residential development projects, and commercial installations throughout the Kent, London and M25 surrounding areas. Specializing in the Supply and installation of Floor & Wall Tiles. The right candidate must be capable of estimating large complex projects and will have strong working knowledge of all aspects of residential and commercial construction.

Salary: Excellent salary on offer, dependant on experience

Location: Kent

The role:

• Broad experience with Tile and Stone would be advantageous
• You must be able to clearly communicate via email, phone, and in person
• Familiarity with local vendors and their products is also desirable.
• The ability to hit the ground running and able to work in a fast paced, multi tasked oriented environment is crucial.

Other requirements:

• Ability to read, understand plans, and accurately create take-offs
• Strong communication skills in English, both written & verbal
• Good working knowledge of the estimating process
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
• Computer literate with extensive experience in Excel, and the ability to use
• MSWord, and be comfortable using a variety of software-based programs.
