Our client is a well established, family owned company based in London.  In fact, they are the longest established master lock smiths in East London.  Due to continued expansion they are looking to recruit a Service Desk Administrator.  The successful candidate will be providing support to their Team of Technicians out in the field.  This is a very busy department and the candidate will be required to be able to handle a pressurised environment.

It is essential that the successful candidate possesses:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Excellent IT skills in Microsoft word, excel and outlook
  • The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and being proactive
  • Prioritise work in an ever-changing environment
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills
  • The ability to use initiative

Admin Duties

  • Taking phone / email enquiries from customers
  • Logging of Jobs on the Job Management System and the allocation jobs to Technicians
  • Update and maintain reports
  • Update internal database systems
  • Ordering and chasing parts with various departments
  • Organising installation dates for jobs
  • Organising installation dates for other works, notifying customers of installation dates
  • Ad hoc duties.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday                  –        08:30 – 17:30 (Core Hours)
