Our client is a well established, family owned company based in London. In fact, they are the longest established master lock smiths in East London. Due to continued expansion they are looking to recruit a Service Desk Administrator. The successful candidate will be providing support to their Team of Technicians out in the field. This is a very busy department and the candidate will be required to be able to handle a pressurised environment.
It is essential that the successful candidate possesses:
- Good Communication Skills
- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft word, excel and outlook
- The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and being proactive
- Prioritise work in an ever-changing environment
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- The ability to use initiative
Admin Duties
- Taking phone / email enquiries from customers
- Logging of Jobs on the Job Management System and the allocation jobs to Technicians
- Update and maintain reports
- Update internal database systems
- Ordering and chasing parts with various departments
- Organising installation dates for jobs
- Organising installation dates for other works, notifying customers of installation dates
- Ad hoc duties.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – 08:30 – 17:30 (Core Hours)
