Sample Preparation Technician.

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire

Our client is an independent laboratory based near Bracknell in Berkshire, providing analytical data to the agri-food, horticultural and environmental industries. They employ over 70 people on the Bracknell site and coupled with their small specialist lab in Norfolk, the Livestock Nutrition lab in Yorkshire and specialist poultry micro lab in Shropshire they are the largest Agricultural testing business in the UK.

A vacancy currently exists for a hard working team player to join the Sample Preparation Team.

Primarily working within the Sample Receipt area the successful candidate will need to be able to follow the procedures and processes set out to enable timely preparation of a wide variety of samples.

This role will suit somebody who has an interest in Land based Sciences and would like an entry level role within a Laboratory environment. Some educational background in Science would be an advantage but is not essential as all on the job training will be given.

Own transport is required as client is in a rural location

Salary: circa £18,000
