A).

Natural LIVE is our flagship outbound telesales programme with 30 ShortBurst Training Modules and LIVE calling sessions. We generate, on average, 22:1 ROI for our clients with this programme. The Apprenticeship market is growing exponentially and we need to service contracts including IT Technical Sales and the upcoming Sales Executive.  We are looking for sales trainers who are super-excited to be training the nextg generation of outstanding UK salespeople.  See application process below.

Natural LIVE Application Process

Our flagship telesales programme has been adopted by 89 technology companies (typically in the M4 silicon corridor), and to over 18,000 people globally. And they keep coming back for more!

To apply, please forward a copy of your CV along with a Covering Letter explaining why you would be perfect for the role. The next stage is a phone interview, then a face to face interview in at Natural (Aldgate East, London) where you will be asked to present a 15-20 minute session from our LIVE library. Then, you will be invited to our 3-day trainer bootcamp (see costs below) to learn everything you need to know to become a success.

Here’s what we need from you:

1). Bags of energy: Our Natural LIVE training is demanding (7:45 – 18:00) with lots of people wanting you at lunch and breaks too. During the sessions you are talking to Inside Sales people who can have short attention spans. You need to work really hard to keep them engaged.

2). Loads of telesales experience: You must have sold on the phone, listened and score-carded recorded calls, coached live on small and large telesales floors. This gives you the skills, and gravitas, to succeed.

3). A belief in Natural: We don’t like scripted robots, and you probably don’t either. That’s why our training plays to the strengths of individual natural style. You need to believe in that, and it needs to come through everything you do and say.

4). Think on your feet: We have some ‘set plays’ of training under our ShortBurst Training Method(TM), but often it’s the advice you can give when put on the spot that really defines you. We are looking for smart thinkers who can help people with their immediate, often random, but always very important challenges.

5). Very well organised: You must be a ‘diary-demon’ – someone who knows how to manage their time really well. Plus you need to get back to our Account Managers super fast, and be quick to accept jobs and keep your income flowing in!
