Salary: Competitive with uncapped commission structure

Location: Caldicot

Our client is an independent family owned fuels and lubricants supplying homes, businesses and the agricultural sector across South Wales

They take pride in being a leading supplier of fuels and lubricants, 4×4 Baby Tanker, Standard tanker, 6wheeler and Arctic heating oil’s, Agricultural fuels Road fuels Ad blue and Lubricants

Their reputation for competitive price and delivery service is second to none and they are currently seeking Sales Negotiators/Consultants to join their dynamic team at their sales office in Caldicot.

Duties Include:

• Business development of existing and new markets
• Account management for existing clients
• Negotiating orders and contracts including up-selling
• Maximising own margins and increasing sales figures
• Liaising with the other team members  for orders processing
• Entering orders onto the IT System using product knowledge gained and reviewing technical specifications.
• Ensure all details entered onto the system reflect the customer requirements.
• Liaise with all departments raising any issues and identify solutions where possible.
• Continuously develop product and technical knowledge.
• Become familiar with clientele and individual customer requirements.
• Attend company meetings when required.
• Continually gain more product and commercial awareness thus improving proficiency in the role.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous Sales Experience Desirable
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• Account Management experience desirable
• Self-motivated
• Positive attitude
• Confidence and Ability To Win In Negotiating
