Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Sales & Marketing Coordinator German & French speaking

As an expanding online retailer, our clients are looking for a German and French speaking Sales & Marketing Coordinator. Working in a friendly and supportive environment, the successful candidate will play a key role within the export department, building brand identity for our dance and gymnastics apparel sites and building customer relationships.

Salary: Competitive – Dependent on experience

Hours: 9am – 5pm, Mon – Fri

Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Researching competitor websites and general market intelligence
• Customer liaison via telephone and e-mail
• Product & general translation
• Website administration
• Recording and administration of daily activity
• Internet and telephone order processing
• Other general office or administrative tasks as required
• Digital marketing, incorporating PPC, social media, link building etc
• Search engine optimisation
• Possible travel within Europe

Essential requirements:

• Highly proficient in English, German and French
• Microsoft office and Social Media skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Confident & able to work independently as required

Desirable attributes:

• Ideally educated to a Bachelor degree level in Business School, other post graduate qualifications or equivalent, with marketing as a major element
• Interested in sports/dance or clothing
• Native German speaker
• Experience of organising and working at events/exhibitions
• Experience in a similar role or environment preferred but essential, as full training will be provided
