Hours:Full Time
Salary and Benefits: £40,000 pa basic plus unlimited bonus & Company vehicle.
Our client is the country’s leading specialists in off-grid battery storage solutions and hybrid power generators (Hussh Pods). Today, our client designs and manufacture a unique range of affordable, state-of-the-art Hussh Pods built for industry.
Due to continued success, our client is looking for someone to join the team as a Sales Manager with a proven track record in Plant or Generator Sales/Hire to sell the company’s innovative Hussh Pod to the market.
Duties Will Include:
- Generating and developing new sales accounts from a designated territory
- Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets
- Compiling and analysing sales figures
- Reporting back to senior managers
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have excellent sales and negotiation skills
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets on revenue
- Will have excellent communication and ‘people skills’
- Will have good planning and organisational skills
- Will have the ability to work calmly under pressure
- Must be willing to work to deadlines and be capable of building a team around them.
- Will have an established client/contact base to work from.
