Our client is an award winning and well-established provider of mobility care and other products that assist disabled people in their living. Based in Hereford, they are now looking to recruit a sales manager to join their fantastic team and to lead the sales team in acquiring business.
The role is to head up a committed sales team of five others in both field and showroom locations. With the aim of team management in order to identify and maximise sales opportunities, whilst meeting the highest professional standards in doing so. The organising of field demonstrations and assessments of clients’ needs may well form a part of this job role, so ideally it is suited to those of at least average fitness due to the requirement to take equipment to site.
The successful candidate will have a proven record of leading and managing a sales team to successfully achieve growth and project management, not necessarily in the disability equipment industry. You will be driven by a desire to succeed in a very competitive but satisfying industry that has significant impact on the daily lives of many customers. Good interpersonal and influencing skills along with excellent communication and presentation skills. You should have strong administrative, IT and time management skills along with a full UK driving licence.

Vehicle supplied – Transit Van to allow movement of product.

Salary depending on experience around £30,000
