Sales Executive / Account Manager (Business to Business)

Talent Finder is leading the way in online recruitment and has an opening for a Sales Executive / Account Manager to come and join the team. This is a hybrid role where the successful candidate will be provided with inbound leads and will be expected to manage and nurture these accounts in order to grow their own database of clients. You will also be provided with existing accounts to manage and nurture.

Salary: 17k to 22k – dependent on experience.

Location: Preston City Centre

Hours: Mon to Fri 9-5

The role:

  • To up sell and close new inbound sales enquiries.
  • To maintain close relationships with clients once they come on board via the sales process
  • To ensure the customer receives a service which is second to none
  • To up sell products after the initial sale
  • To ensure customers continue to use the talent finder services with repeat business
  • Maintain a customer database which is both accurate and upto date
  • Working to targets and to ensure revenue is maximised with each account

Person Specifications:

  • Highly organised
  • Understanding of the recruitment market ideally
  • Previous account managing experience
  • Ability to multi task effectively
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Overall positive and can do attitude
