Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester.
Hours: 9am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £18,000.00 per year.
OTE: £25,000 great performance, (UNCAPPED BONUS!!!)
Our client is currently looking to recruit Sales Executives for their Business Telecoms team. This role requires someone who is passionate about selling and who is hungry to earn major rewards both financially and in terms of incentives. As a dynamic and fast moving business our client needs an exceptionally strong sales team to strengthen their ability to grow.
With an immediate start, excellent commission structures (uncapped commission) and full training provided, our client is one of the leading providers to the UK’s small businesses for their telecom’s, broadband, energy and water at a price that’s right. You will be selling an excellent product that is one of the most competitive in the industry.
Duties to include but not restricted to:
- Generate Telecoms sales to new and existing customers
- High energy/volume outbound sales calls.
- Communicate directly and effectively with clients.
- Generate ongoing pipeline opportunities
- Achievement of monthly KPI’s and targets
- Liaising with team members to maximise the database potential
- Action leads from other areas of the business
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience in a B2B sales role to be considered (preferably in the telecoms industry)
- Ability to work under pressure & meet sales targets.
- Excellent telephone sales skills.
- Effective communicator with superb closing skills.
- Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Adaptable to change.
- Good mathematical ability.
- Problem solver with good analytical skills.
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
- Uncapped commission – £23,000 to £25,000 OTE.
