Our client is a well-established furniture manufacturer that is based in Leighton Buzzard and has an unrivalled ability to produce quality seating for all types of applications.

The company has built strong foundations that have allowed it to grow in size and capacity.  As a result, our client is looking to recruit a sales coordinator to operate onsite in Leighton Buzzard.

Duties include:

  • Inputting orders onto our in-house computer system
  • Speaking to customers regarding any discrepancies on the order
  • Checking orders to ensure 100% accuracy on input
  • Dealing with customer enquiries, regarding products, prices, delivery etc
  • Providing quotations
  • Dealing with customer complaints and repairs
  • Organising repair visits or replacement parts to be sent to the customer
  • All administration
  • Making amendments to orders on system and completing forms

Person Required:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Accurate input skills
  • Must be able to deal with high volume phone calls and work under pressure
  • Must be able to deal with customer complaints
  • Must have the ability to build up relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Must be able to work within a team
  • Computer literate

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak
