Hours:Fulltime/ Part time

Location: London

Our client is a London based quantum security start-up developing a quantum security chip. Their vision is to develop a Quantum Random Number Generator encryption chip small enough to secure the ‘Fatality Market’ i.e. products if hacked could kill. These include connected & autonomous vehicles, utilities, and other critical infrastructure.

Duties include:

• Drafting of documents for projects, grant applications, marketing materials, etc
•  Day to day administrative support including accurately filing records, arranging meetings, minute taking
•  Act as the main point of contact for project partners and other external contractors
• Maintain project folders in line with information and documentation requirements
• Delivering results in a fast-paced environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Technical or Professional background preferred (e.g. Engineering, Science, Law, Medicine)
•   Knowledge and familiarity with technical research for fundraising and proposal writing
•  Knowledge of contracts and agreements within technical disciplines preferred
•  Highly organised
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•   High degree of proficiency with current Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
•  Able to multi-task and appropriately prioritise tasks
•   Able to be flexible / adaptable in response to changing needs / priorities of the company
