REGIONAL MANAGER

Location: Northampton

Office: Home based

Salary: £19k (£26.7k pro-rata)

Our client, Cards for Good Causes is the UK’s largest multi-charity Christmas card organisation.  With a heritage dating back to 1959 our client sells cards on behalf of more than 250 national and local charities via a network of over 300 shops across the UK. They are currently going through an exciting period of change as they look to the future and are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic Regional Manager to support strategic growth across Central and Eastern England

The post-holder will also be responsible for line managing three existing Area Manager posts and providing support for established shops in the region.

Offering a competitive salary and flexible working pattern, part-time (February – August, 2½ days a week) and full-time (September – January).

The ideal candidate will need: 

•Retail experience (ideally in the Charity Sector)

•An understanding of working with volunteers

•Good IT and Computer skills including Word and Excel

•Strong organisational skills

•Use of car/clean driving licence (mileage allowance paid)

•Experience of multisite management is desirable but not essential
