Receptionist / Administration Assistant
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Preston Office
Salary: Dependent on experience

The company is an award-winning Project and Building Consultancy with offices in the North West responsible for delivering projects from feasibility stage to completion throughout the UK.
Due to their continued success, our client is currently looking for an experienced Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join the team and be primarily responsible for providing administration support to a busy office. The right candidate must be of smart appearance, have good written and verbal communication skills and possess a professional telephone manner. They will be enthusiastic, have a keen willingness to learn, punctual, reliable and well organised. Knowledge on Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel and Word is essential.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties.
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Incoming and Outgoing Calls.
- Incoming and Outgoing Post.
- Assisting with the daily management of new and existing jobs.
- Book Travel and Accommodation.
- Ordering Stationery and maintaining supplies.
- Preparation of documents using audio typing, preparing correspondence from hand written notes including reports, notes, invoices, minutes of meetings etc as requested by Office Manager.
- Daily administration duties to support the requirements of the office including photocopying, scanning etc.
- Excellent Communication – Written and Verbal.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- Proactive and Self Motivated.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Team Player with a good sense of humour.
