Hours: Full time
Our client, a High Street Law firm are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist.
Duties Will Include:
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Booking meetings.
- Arranging couriers.
- Keeping the reception area tidy.
- Answering and forwarding phone calls.
- Screening phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing post.
- Keeping front organised passing on messages general admin and typing.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must.
- Great attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.
- 1 Years’ experience
