Job Title: Receptionist

Hours: Full time

Our client, a High Street Law firm are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist.

Duties Will Include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients.
  • Booking meetings.
  • Arranging couriers.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy.
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls.
  • Screening phone calls.
  • Sorting and distributing post.
  • Keeping front organised passing on messages general admin and typing.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.
  • 1 Years’ experience
