Receptionist
Salary:£9.00 ph to £13.00 ph according to experience
Benefits: 16 days holiday p.a. – Jan to Dec plus Bank holidays after 2 years extra day up to 25 days plus bank holiday, Health insurance after 2 years
Hours: 9am to 5pm 4 days per week Tuesday to Friday
Location: Christchurch, England
Our client is an established Architectural practice based in Christchurch and can trace its roots back over 40 years. They offer a full range of professional services including architecture, development consultancy, town planning, CGI’s, interior design, tendering and project monitoring services.
They are now looking to hire a Receptionist to join their friendly hardworking team
Duties include:
- Efficiently handle incoming calls and pass them through to the relevant department, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Managing emails
- Ordering stationary
- Copywriting
- Refreshments for other members of staff
- Meeting and greeting guests as well as checking them in and out
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have knowledge of word and excel
- Will have great attention to detail
- Must be Organised
- Be able to work in a team
