Salary:£9.00 ph to £13.00 ph according to experience

Benefits: 16 days holiday p.a. – Jan to Dec plus Bank holidays after 2 years extra day up to 25 days plus bank holiday, Health insurance after 2 years

Hours:   9am to 5pm 4 days per week Tuesday to Friday

Our client is an established Architectural practice based in Christchurch and can trace its roots back over 40 years. They offer a full range of professional services including architecture, development consultancy, town planning, CGI’s, interior design, tendering and project monitoring services.

They are now looking to hire a Receptionist to join their friendly hardworking team

Duties include:

  • Efficiently handle incoming calls and pass them through to the relevant department, demonstrating excellent communication skills
  • Managing emails
  • Ordering stationary
  • Copywriting
  • Refreshments for other members of staff
  • Meeting and greeting guests as well as checking them in and out

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have knowledge of word and excel
  • Will have great attention to detail
  • Must be Organised
  • Be able to work in a team
