Quality Inspector

Responsibilities include:

• 1st off, patrol and final inspection of component parts
• Completion of non-conformance reports
• Operating Mitutoyo CMM and liaising with shop floor staff and management
• Undertake first article inspection reporting
• Receive goods in and check all relevant documentation

Essential attributes:

• Keen eye for detail and dedication to continuous improvement
• Willingness to undertake training and learn new skills
• Positive “can do” attitude to work and new challenges
• Team player who can communicate and work well with others

Desired experience:

• Mitutoyo CMM experience
• Experience of the sub-contract machining environment
• Experience of working to AS9100c quality standard
