Production Operatives and Machine Operators

Our client, situated in Pampisford, is an award-winning family business that manufactures specialised construction products, and have been doing so for more than 50 years. With experience and innovation, they have developed bespoke products for many diverse clients and achieved four Millennium Product Awards from the Design Council

Due to continued growth and success, our client is seeking Production Operatives and Machine Operators to join their Production Team across a range of departments. They are looking to recruit for both day and evening teams.

The role of a Production Operative/Machine Operator:

• Production and bench work
• Machinery operation
• Uphold a positive and proactive attitude
• Maintain a reliable attendance record

The skills of a Production Operative/Machine Operator:

• Experience working with industrial machinery desirable
• FLT license desirable
• Experience working in a production or warehousing environment ideal
• Reliable, competent and enthusiastic

Our client is offering benefits including 23 days annual leave, pension, staff social events and free parking, with a wage of £7.60 – £10 per hour.
