A leading independent vehicle leasing specialist who is looking for a full time Procurement Administrator with excellent communication skills for their busy, friendly office in Reading.

Due to expansion, our client requires an additional member to join their busy Procurement Administration team. The company is enjoying substantial growth therefore this is a very exciting time to join the company, as this offers great opportunity.

Duties Will Include:

  • Processing vehicle orders and finance quotes ensuring all information is accurate and completed within the company SLA.
  • Liaising with our suppliers they process our vehicle orders within the company SLA.
  • Setting up new suppliers on our in-house dealer portal system and supporting existing suppliers to ensure the system is used correctly and kept up to date.
  • Processing customer finance proposals and collecting all additional information to provide to the finance company.
  • Creating marketing for our sales team advertising our latest special offer and committed vehicle deals.
  • Adding and updating and our website with special offers provided by our 7 funding partners.
  • Managing the procurement inbox by answering day to day enquiries from the sales team.
