Office Assistant – Anchor group

Due to expansion, our well established client is looking to recruit additional Office Support staff to join the team.

Our client is based in Vauxhall, London SE11 5 min from Vauxhall underground and overground station.  The company specialises in installing and repairing electronic security systems.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Monitor e-mail inbox for orders and queries.
  • Customer Service: Respond to enquiries for quotes or orders by phone, email or in person
  • Prepare and process clients orders.
  • Raising engineers work sheets
  • Processing small goods orders
  • Reception duties: answering phones, greeting Customers, accepting office deliveries.
  • Customer Service and some accounts duties.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous office experience
  • Excellent spoken English
  • Must have confident phone manner

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Be able to demonstrate a logical approach to work.
  • You will have good interpersonal skills and enjoy liaising with customers. 
  • Positive attitude towards personal development.

Salary: – £20,000

Hours: – Core hours are 08.00 to 17.00, 40 hour week.

Location: – Vauxhall, London SE11
