Currently, our client is looking for experienced Multi skilled-traders to join their team working on a self-employed basis. This is an exciting opportunity for Multi Skilled Tradesman who are looking to develop their career within a growing Property Maintenance Company. You will be working throughout several areas of Kent, on behalf of several social housing clients and ideally you will have some background working in this area. We are looking for the highest standard of workmanship to be delivered to all customers, with the ability to overcome any problem with a positive attitude, resolving any issues effectively and productively.

Some of the trades required:

• Carpentry, Joinery, First & Second Fix
• Plumbing
• Plastering
• Tiling (Floors & Walls)
• Painting & Decorating
• Experience Installing Kitchens & Bathrooms
• Some external ground works experience
• Roofing
• Experience with Altro Floor fitting (Ideal but not necessary)
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Attention to detail and for the end product to have a high standard finish
• Ability to work to deadlines

It is essential that the ideal candidate will possess:

• Ideally you will have your own van.
• Full Clean Driving Licence for a minimum of 2 years.
• Must have own battery or 110v tools.
• You must be able to speak Basic English.
• MUST have UTR and be CIS registered.
• MUST have CSCS Card.
• Passport and proof of address will be required.

Salary: Competitive (Day Rate- Labour Only)
