Location: Manchester

Our client is a well established Building Services company located in Central Manchester. They cover building and construction work in the North West. All work is completed to an exceptionally high standard on both commercial and private properties. Due to consistent success our client is now looking for a Multi Skilled Tradesman to join their hardworking team.

As an employee of our client, you would be responsible for the performance of a routine and an extensive range of work in the maintenance of buildings within Manchester and the surrounding areas.

Locations will include houses, flats, rooms, communal areas, the external areas of buildings and gardens.

Some of the trades required:

• Carpentry, Joinery, First & Second Fix
• Plumbing
• Plastering
• Tiling (Floors & Walls)
• Painting & Decorating
• Experience Installing Kitchens & Bathrooms
• Some external ground works experience
• Roofing
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Attention to detail and for the end product to have a high standard finish
• Ability to work to deadlines

It is essential that the ideal candidate will possess:

• Full Clean Driving Licence for a minimum of 2 years.
• Must have own tools
• High standard of written and spoken English
• MUST have CSCS Card
