Job Title: Multi Skilled Builder

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Hours: Full Time

Location: Bathgate, Scotland

Our clients are the north of England’s specialist provider in ground remediation, storage and distribution solution. They are currently looking for Multi Skilled Builders to join their already well-established team.

This is a physically demanding job which also requires a level-headed approach and attention to detail, there is a lot of hand digging as the sites quite often do not have space for the types of operations they get involved with.

This would suit someone who has been a self-employed person, or used to dealing with a number of aspects of work and working environments.

Duties Include:

Tiling
Plastering
Kitchen removal and refit.
Blockwork/brickwork
Finished concrete floor laying.
Plumbing.
Hand digging
The Ideal Candidate:

Well presented
Clearly spoken
Empathetic to House owners.
Intelligence to learn and accept tasks of all natures.
Work safely in teams or lone working. Wiling to travel and stay away from home.
Physically Fit and able to cope with the demands of an often stressful job.
Full UK driving licence.
CSCS/CPCS, and other relevant industry qualifications.
