Mechanical Plumbing & Heating Contracts Manager

Our client is a well-established Mechanical Building Services Company based in Essex for over 40 years. We involve a range of Clients on different commercial and residential new build projects across Essex, Kent and London areas.  Due to their constant success, our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual like you to come and join them as their next Mechanical Plumbing & Heating Contracts Manager.

This job will require you to project manage multiple sites on a daily basis valued from as little as 150K to 1.5M contracts.

Duties for a contracts manager position include:

• Sites visits.
• Ensuring health & safety is adhered to.
• Ensuring projects are running to programme.
• Attending site meetings.
• Daily management of labour on site.
• Material orders.
• Co-ordination of deliveries of orders to site.
• Site inspection reports.
• Must be competent with a PC – word, excel & outlook.

The ideal candidate for the role will have:

• Good building knowledge.
• Great organisation and management skills.

Salary: – 35K TO 45K BONUS
