Currently our client is looking for a Mechanical Contracts Manager like you to come and join their team at their location in Newton Aycliffe.

As the Mechanical Contracts Manager you will be required for industrial and commercial work meaning you will have a varied amount of duties consisting of:

• Design
• Project Tendering
• Cost monitoring & reporting
• All electrical Health and Safety (Risk assessments, Safe systems of work)
• Project estimating
• Labour planning and implementing
• Labour forecasting
• Client liaison meetings

The ideal candidate that our client is looking for will be someone with:

• Amazing organisation skills.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Clearly written and spoken communication.
• Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team.

Salary: – Salary and remuneration package negotiable dependent on experience.

Location: – Newton, Aycliffe
