Our client is currently looking for a self-motivated Marketing Administrator to join their small support team, to carry out a pivotal role within their growing development consultancy. This is a great opportunity for either a bright and ambitious multi-tasker looking to take their first steps into a career within marketing, or an experienced all-rounder looking to focus their skills, in an office-based role.

 

Location: HEXGREAVE HALL, FARNSFIELD, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE

Hours: 24 HOUR WEEK (FLEXIBLE OVER 3 OR 4 DAYS)

Salary: £16000.00- £20000.00

Closing Date: 14/03/18

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and liaison skills and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a new Customer Relationship Management system, assisting with organising marketing events and supporting the field delivery team. Knowledge of CRM systems, event management, social media and websites would be an advantage.

Duties will include:
• Implementing a new CRM system, including proactive data management
• Active involvement in our monthly marketing events
• Research attendees at marketing events to provide data for the Business Development Director
• Organisation and direct involvement in client events at our offices, including welcome, room set up and catering
• Support for project delivery including client liaison
• Administration of online training-related tools
• Sourcing and management of stationery and office/IT equipment
• Liaison with external IT provider
• Planning and co-ordinating staff events

The role will adapt for the successful candidate and full training will be provided.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package, including Publisher and Adobe
• Excellent IT skills

• Ability to write and proof-read marketing materials (desirable)
