Life & Pensions Administrator/Report-writer Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to work within a busy Team and carry out all aspects of day-to-day administration, servicing and sales support of standard business, “Wrap” platforms and group benefit schemes using Intelliflo as our back-office system.
This is a customer and provider contact role as well as liaising internally so communication/interactive skills are important and you will be expected to use the telephone as well as being competent with Microsoft Outlook.
The role will also include Suitability Report & Letter writing as an integral part of the job and the use of industry-related software packages such as Synaptic Product Research, FE Analytics, O&M and the 360 Services website as part of that function – and where needed the appropriate training/coaching will be given to support this aspect.
A reasonable length of experience is an absolute requirement, and whilst an industry qualification would be ideal, it is not a necessity. Competitive salary and benefits package including pension, death in service and holidays are available to the successful candidate.
Salary is dependent on experience.
