Profile

Must have one year or more experience!

Working in-house for a large private landlord

Full Time – Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm) office closed between 1pm – 2pm for lunch – Saturday fortnightly (9.30am to 1.30pm)

UK Driving Licence – 20 days Holiday

Highly motivated, excellent communication skills – fluent English language essential

Calm and professional working manner

Responsible attitude to work and demonstrate attention to detail

Organisation and time management skills

Excellent telephone manner

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team is a must

Able to work under pressure

 

Enquiries

  • Accompanied viewings with prospective tenants
  • Dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries – Following up enquiries
  • Co-ordinating move-ins from collating the references to ensuring the requirements are done
  • Preparing move in paperwork including Tenancy Agreements and Right to Rent Checks
  • Ensuring the property is ready ie works, clean etc and Check In has been organised
  • Undertake general administration support duties

 

Marketing

  • Keeping our website updated
  • Keeping Zoopla/Rightmove updated
  • Google search – Add words to keep us on top
  • Twitter and blogging via our website
  • Keeping log of all the boards and checking regularly they are up
  • Office Window Display
  • Shop Window Cards/other advertising

Vacant Property

  • Visiting the property when tenants give notice to leave
  • Report back any maintenance issues or what in your opinion needs to be done
  • Check the state of the communal and frontages of the property – report back
  • Measure the rooms arrange floorplans via a website
  • Take photos of rooms and exteriors once it’s presentable

Others

  • Running errands i.e. key cutters, post office etc.
  • Charging up electric keys and gas cards when needed
  • Dropping off agents keys
  • Meeting agents for valuations
  • Attending evictions
  • CCJ checks and Land registry (when necessary)
  • Ensuring the car is presentable (trips to the car wash)
  • Quarterly property inspections/licencing inspections
  • Assisting others when lettings are quiet
  • Covering when people are on holiday
