As our client’s next Legal Finance Manager, your range of tasks will vary from:

  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Quarterly VAT returns
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Payments via online banking
  • Banking and all client and office ledger entries
  • Review and control service contracts

Successful candidates must be able to manage a demanding and diverse workload. This includes all aspects of practice management, along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is also a must in this role.

In addition you will also be:

  • Working in a successful law firm
  • Being conversant with SRA Accounting rules
  • COFA and COLP requirements.

 

Salary: – Competitive dependant on experience

Location: – Swansea

Hours: – 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
