You will be working for an exciting and forward thinking brand, which will put you first and give you all the tools you need to excel in your role. Top performers will be fast track promoted, with future earning potential over £75,000 pa bein realistic!

The role would require you to

• Introduce Business Energy cost reductions to SME’s
• Build rapport with the customer
• Identify needs and Sales opportunities
• Deliver a consistent, best in class service to all customers (internal and external)
• Ensure robust, accurate data capture

Our clients market leading training will train you to adopt the following Key Skills:

• Excellent objection handling and ability to convert sales
• Professional telephone technique
• Self motivated, self starter
• Calm, confident approach
• Delivering and exceeding targets, e.g. call handling time, not available rates, and customer satisfaction measures.
• Communication and Influencing Skills

The package:

£15k basic salary and a realistic OTE 25k+

Incentives such as tech and holidays

City centre location 9am – 5pm Mon – Fri (No  weekends)
