ICT Services Manager
Location: Yeovil, Somerset
Hours: Full Time
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Our client is a West Country based building contractor, which manages over £20M of new construction, responsive maintenance and planned maintenance contracts on behalf of Providers of Social Housing and Local Authorities.

Due to this success, our client is currently looking to recruit an ICT Services Manager based from their Yeovil office. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to working must enjoy a challenge and present themselves with enthusiasm and confidence at all times. Travel will be expected to the other offices as necessary.

Responsibilities:

To manage the provision of ICTsupportservices throughout the group.
To manage theprocurement and relationship management of all associated support/supplier contracts.
Provide ICT advice, guidanceand training to the groups’ staff as well as the ongoing development ofcurrent and potentiallynew solutions to introduce LEAN efficiencies to the group.
Have a broad understanding in areas such as, telephony solutions, mobiles devices, data analytics, GDPR, ERP solutions (ideally Dynamics NAV), IT hardware, Server management and SharePoint.
The post holder is expected to build and sustain excellent working relationships with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Must be highly IT literate
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Hold a full clean driving licence as working in other offices is highly likely.
