General Office Coordinator
Location: Staveley nr Chesterfield
Hours: Full Time / Flexible hours may be considered
Salary: £17,000 pa
Established in 1992, our client has built a successful reputation as a supplier of electrical insulation materials to the Motor Rewind and Transformer Manufacturing industries. Since then, our client has gone on to expand their catalogue of products and services, moving strongly towards the manufacturing and machining of components for a wider spectrum of industries.
Due to continued success, our client is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic person to join their office team as an Administrator to assist the Directors in the running of their small but busy sales office.
Administrative duties to ensure the smooth day to day running of a busy general office, operating in the engineering sector
Generating sales leads
Sales and Purchase order processing.
Undertake other duties as and when required to ensure the smooth-running of the company.

The Ideal Candidate:
Looking for a long term opportunity.
Extremely organised, well educated, confident and numerate with previous experience of working in an engineering general office.
Works well under pressure.
Good level of maths and written English required.
Experienced in word processing – particularly in cloud based Microsoft 365 – Office 2016 software.
Past experience of Sage accounting packages would be an advantage but not essential.
