Financial Services Administrator Apprenticeship.

Duties include…

Welcoming clients and visitors

Letter writing

Telephone work – calling clients and insurance companies

Managing Client Database

Database input

Lots of use of Client Management software on PC

Using Research tools on PC

Organising client data on spreadsheets

Organising and managing campaigns

Sending out newsletters every 2 months to clients

Scanning and photocopying files

Preparing files for client meetings

Dealing with files post meetings

Shredding confidential data

Emailing clients, providers and 3rd parties

Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post and banking

Managing expenses and accounts – reconciliation

Stationery ordering, managing, sorting

Qualifications and Skills

Desired skills

  • Good IT skills and knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Being able to prioritise work
  • Attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Team player
  • Highly organised
  • Able to exercise initiative

Qualifications required

GCSE English & GCSE Maths

Salary: £10k to £12k pa

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
