Field Sales Executive, Central London

Salary £23,000 plus £1,500 London Rating, Company Car or Car Allowance + Benefits


A family owned ice cream manufacturer based in Tamworth, launched in 1967, we are a significant producer of both luxury and affordable ice creams and is proud to successfully combine contemporary flavour trends and manufacturing processes with traditional family values.

Our primary customers are foodservice wholesalers and cash & carries, whose end users include pubs, restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, leisure operators, contract caterers, schools, care homes and milkshake outlets.

Job Responsibilities

To grow sales in the London area by gaining new end user business and placing this with existing wholesalers.

To manage existing customer accounts in the South East and undertake occasional exhibitions and any other promotional events, which may be nationwide.

Regular customer liaison, building and maintaining new clients.

The Person

You will be passionate about food, and will have worked in this sector previously, preferably with experience working within wholesale, foodservice and leisure sectors.

A proven field sales track record with a ‘can do’ approach is required. You will have a strong work ethic and be keen to succeed.

You will need to have the ability to demonstrate a structured approach to selling.

The role is autonomous and will allow you to have freedom to manage your own diary and accounts therefore you need to be self-driven and motivated.


It is a requirement for this role to have a full driving licence.

You will be required to attend monthly team meetings in Tamworth and other occasional events outside of London so you must be willing to stay overnight if required.
