Field Sales Executive

Our client is a large family run business trading in Hereford since 1985.  Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a field sales executive to join their sales team in Hereford.

Their core business is to supply and maintain equipment for the elderly and disabled, whilst focusing on a high quality service. The aim is “Delivering quality products and services to the community with integrity”.

The trading area is typically 70 to 80 miles radius in addition to a growing internet presence with our retail shop/showroom.

They are currently seeking a person to join their field Based Sales Team of 5 professinals.

The Role:

Operating in a defined area, responding to pre-planned appointments, with potential for the full range of mobility equipment for the elderly and disabled. You will be the face of the company and make the first impression whilst building on the already excellent reputation with our current clients. Under the guidance of the Sales Manager you will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate quotes, tender submissions and when needed provide showroom cover.

Our customers will range from NHS, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Charities, Nursing Homes and Private Clients.

The ability to communicate at all levels is vital and product knowledge is secondary as full training will be given.

You should be able to work on your own initiative and having a proven sales background would be desirable.

The successful candidate may have formal educational achievements or be life skilled with the ability to demonstrate a desire to progress.

Driving License essential.
