Ecommerce Manager / Digital Marketer

Salary: £18k – £20k Depending on experience + Commission on sales after 3 months

Benefits: 28 days holiday, excellent commission scheme, pension scheme

Our Client is specialist wholesalers and distributor of Bathroom products, established in 2008 in West Bromwich; they are rapidly expanding the company to grow their online presence.

Duties Include:

  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, Google Shopping, SEO and PPC.
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
  • Build and optimise listings across marketplaces like Ebay / Amazon
  • Publishing products on website, marketplaces, SEO based content writing
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Managing the redesign of the company website
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
  • Write content for email marketing campaigns
  • Work on printed material to supplement online products
  • Create and upload copy and images for the organisation’s website

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
  • A comprehensive understanding of eBay and Amazon marketplaces.
  • Knowledge of managing and building
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising or Marketing or 2+ Year Experience in Marketing,
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills and editing capability
  • Strong Attention to Detail

Knowledge of the following is required:

  • SEO, PPC, Google AdWords,
  • Content Management Systems,
  • Photoshop, Illustrator
  • InDesign,
  • Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft Office
