Job title–  Customer Services Team Member- Data Entry

Salary  – £18,000

Working Hours –37.5 hours per week , 9am-5pm

Location – Nr Bracknell, Berkshire

The Company

Our client is an independent laboratory based near Bracknell in Berkshire, providing analytical data to the agri-food, horticultural and environmental industries. They employ over 70 people on the Bracknell site and coupled with their small specialist lab in Norfolk, the Livestock Nutrition lab in Yorkshire and specialist poultry micro lab in Shropshire they are the largest Agricultural testing business in the UK.

The Job opportunity

A vacancy currently exists for a hard working team player to join the Customer Services team. Working within the  Customer Services Department  the successful candidate will need to demonstrate good typing skills and attention to detail whilst entering Customer and sample information into the laboratory database. The role will also involve arranging Courier bookings for customer samples to be collected and delivered to our facility. A pleasant telephone manner and the ability to relay information accurately is essential.

Own transport is required as the laboratory is in a rural location.
