Our client is known for their expertise and is as proud of their pre and after sales support as they are of their exceptional workmanship. They have over 50 years combined experience in using stone to create items of breathtaking beauty. They are currently looking for a Customer Services Administrator to join their customer focused team.

Duties Include:

  • Maintaining and developing admin systems
  • Customer development – anticipate needs, gather info, educate
    • Prioritising own workload (time management), working under pressure
    • Producing information for internal & external use
    • Communicating effectively with other members of staff and customers
    • Read & check simple drawings
    • Liaise with production staff
    • Using Sage Line 50 Sales Ledger
    • Credit Control

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience with Sage Line 50 Sales Ledger and administration and production planning
  • IT Literate
  • NVQ Level 2 customer service
  • Punctual, thorough and organised
  • High standards of customer service
  • Able to cope with increased workloads
  • Must have own transport
