Location: Manchester
Salary: £20-22K (D.O.E)
Hours: 7:30 – 17:00 Mon – FriWell known for their fast, friendly service and being able to advise their customers on the best product to meet their exacting requirements through their dedicated team of diamond drilling and cutting product experts.

Due to continued success, our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to come and join their Customer Services and Internal Sales team.

Duties Will Include:

  • To process all orders and take incoming customer calls with a view to achieving ZERO call backs and complaints.
  • Work with the customer services manager to ensure all types of orders are seen through to completion and to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Ensure all types of Sales Orders and relating paperwork is processed accurately and to requirement for both customers and account managers, and a high level of communication is kept between them.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have at least 1 years experience working as part of a Customer Service team within the UK construction or plant hire industries.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential for this role along with the company values of; Positive Attitude, Reliability, Dedication, Friendly Customer Service.
  • You will be proactive in your approach and apply outside the box thinking to ensure that the customer is left feeling valued and happy.
  • Will have experience in MS PowerPoint10, MS Excel10, MS Word10, MS Outlook10, SAGE Line 50, CRM Database.
  • Full UK Driving License
  • 5 GCSE’s minimum grade C including Maths and English.
