Customer Service Administrator (Insurance)
Basic Salary £15500 Per Annum plus Bonus OTE 18500
Our client is currently seeking a bright, enthusiastic and preferably experienced
Customer Service Administrators to work within their small, busy insurance division.
Ideally you will be a team player with a proven practical knowledge of working within a small busy office, supported by effective telephone communication skills. The ideal candidate must have the following: –
- Excellent Communication Skills, written and verbal.
- Have an eye for attention to detail and accuracy.
- IT literate in particular excel, word and outlook.
- Can work in a target driven environment.
- Can thrive in a busy work place, with a “can do” attitude.
- Must be able to follow processes
As a vital part of a small team you will receive full and constructive training on our clients’ products and their computer requirements will incorporate company practices. Set in pleasant, rural surroundings a car driver is essential.

Hours of work are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 28 days holiday per annum.
