Job Title: Customer Service Administrator (Insurance)

Salary/Benefits: £15500 Per Annum plus Bonus ote 18500

Location: Caddington, Bedfordshire

Our client is currently seeking a bright, enthusiastic and preferably experienced

Customer Service Administrators to work within their small, busy insurance division.

Ideally you will be a team player with a proven practical knowledge of working within a small busy office, supported by effective telephone communication skills. Our ideal candidate must have the following: –

  • Excellent Communication Skills, written and verbal.
  • Have an eye for attention to detail and accuracy.
  • IT literate in particular excel, word and outlook.
  • Can work in a target driven environment.
  • Can thrive in a busy work place, with a “can do” attitude.
  • Must be able to follow processes

As a vital part of a small team you will receive full and constructive training on our products and our computer requirements and will incorporate company practices.  Set in pleasant, rural surroundings a car driver is essential.
