Expanding fast – Looking for a dedicated Course Consultant
About us:
CNM is the UK’s leading training provider in Naturopathic Nutrition with 7 colleges in the UK.
Our Location: East Grinstead.
Your Job:
As a Course Consultant you will take care of potential students, giving them advice and answering their questions on what course to take and helping them to get on board.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and interested in learning and training. An ability to use computers and type well (computer literate).
- You will be answering emails from potential students and calling all enquiries so you must be able to communicate well with people.
- Fast learner, to understand our courses and curriculum and be able to answer any questions the potential students have.
- Well organised, to follow leads, make appointments and get potential students up to a point of being ready to enrol for our courses.
In Summary :
This position requires an ability to: work in a fast-paced environment, type, organize, multitask, follow instructions, speak with potential students, while training and taking on more of the functions & duties that the position entails. You must have a passion for helping people reach their goals.
There is a lot to learn but no limit to your success and once you understand everything you can progress far.
East Grinstead, West Sussex
Salary is basic pay plus commission. Commission is paid on a monthly basis.
