Our client is a registered Scottish Charity based in Livingston, serving tenants and owners throughout the West Lothian area. They are looking for a community engagement officer to join their fantastic team in Livingston, West Lothian and offer excellent incentives in return.
The Role:
This post offers an exciting opportunity to lead on our client’s community engagement initiatives and to work in partnership with a range of groups and agencies to provide improved or additional services in their areas of operation. The post-holder will be expected to identify funding opportunities and appropriate delivery agents, prepare funding proposals and manage the funding awarded, as well as implementing our client’s community plan to develop new projects in their housing stock areas, and providing regular reports, updates and project plans on project progress to Senior Management and Board.
About You:
- Candidates should have relevant experience of working in a similar community engagement role
- Have a track record of successful fundraising via charities, trusts and other key funding bodies etc.
- The successful applicant will also need to have the ability to design, develop and manage projects.
Salary &Benefits:
£28,071 – £37,566 per annum
